Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents. Delays or rejections resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are outside our control.
Fees
Our service charges are communicated in writing before engagement and are separate from statutory government fees, which are paid directly to the relevant department.
Limitation of Liability
While we apply professional diligence to every application, we are not liable for delays, rejections or outcomes that are determined at the sole discretion of government departments.
